PLEASE READ Home Support Tender - Home Support and Quick Discharge Service Recommissioning Update
Providers that have submitted a Home Support or Quick Discharge Service application will see the information displayed on the screen shot below if they open their application and navigate to the Provider Contracts stage. This does not mean you have applied for a Supported Living contract unless the Supported Living 2023 box is blue. The Home Support 2024 and Quick Discharge 2024 contracts will no longer show on this page as the tender period for these contracts is now closed.
Do not contact any officers of the council or shared mailboxes asking for confirmation of the contract you have applied for. We are in the evaluation period of the tender and unable to respond to queries about individual applications.
