The Marquis of Lorne

The marquis of lorne photograph

Photographed in March 1961 by ¶®ÒõµÛ, this junction between Cecil Street and Newtown Row is now occupied by advertising boards behind which is a car park. However the Marquis of Lorne had long existed at that location, and was most likely adapted into a public house prior to its redevelopment c1903 by C H Collett.
