All food handlers in your business must be appropriately trained.
It is recommended that:
- managers and supervisors receive training equivalent to Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) Level 3 in Food Hygiene
- food handlers receive training equivalent to Lever 2 in Food Hygiene.
