You can phone us on 0121 303 7410. Select option 3.
Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
If you and your partner (if you have one) are under the age of 25 and have no children, you will need to attend instead.鈥痀ou can phone them on 0300 303 0099.
Outside office hours
If you are aged 18 or older, and you need support outside office hours or over the weekend, phone us on 0121 303 2296.
If you are under the age of 18, phone us on 0121 675 4806.
Book an appointment for another day
If you are not homeless today, request a housing needs assessment.
You can also phone us on 0121 303 7410, and select option 3, to book a telephone appointment.
