Gym:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 9:00pm
Saturday and Sunday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
High Performance Centre (HPC):
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 9:00pm (subject to private hire bookings)
Saturday and Sunday, 8:30am to 4:00pm (subject to private hire bookings)
All HPC sessions must be pre-booked.

Parking
On-site parking is available, including accessible parking.
Due to the redevelopments at Alexander Stadium, all vehicles are required to park at the High Performance Centre car park near the GMAC.
