Advertisement for 'The Proms' to be held at Queen’s Hall, London, 1919.

Sir Henry Wood conducted Dorothy's first large scale orchestral work 'Lamia' at the 1919 Proms. Its wonderful success won her the admiration of a highly critical audience and she gained recognition as a musical genius.
